Wie läuft eine freie Trauung mit euch ab?

Nach eurer Anfrage besuchen wir euch für das Traugespräch zu Hause. Aus euren Geschichten schreibt Martin die Rede, wir stimmen die Musik ab und planen den Ablauf. Am Tag selbst sind wir mindestens eine Stunde vor den Gästen vor Ort und führen euch durch die Zeremonie – so feierlich oder locker, wie ihr es möchtet.

Können wir unsere Lieblingssongs einbringen?

Ja. Ob moderner Popsong oder klassische Ballade – wir arrangieren eure Wunschmusik und studieren auf Anfrage auch neue Titel ein. Euren Eröffnungstanz nehmen wir vorab auf, damit ihr zu unserer Version üben könnt.

Begleitet ihr nur die Trauung oder den ganzen Tag?

Beides ist möglich. Viele Paare buchen uns von der Trauung über den Sektempfang bis zum Dinner und zur Feier – so reißt die Stimmung nach der Zeremonie nicht ab. Ihr entscheidet, welche Bausteine ihr möchtet.

Was kostet das, und wie läuft die Zahlung?

Jedes Angebot ist individuell und richtet sich nach euren Bausteinen und dem Anlass – ihr zahlt nur, was ihr wirklich braucht. Die Investition verteilt sich planbar auf zwei Schritte: eine Reservierungszahlung von 40 % bei Buchung, den Rest wenige Wochen vor der Hochzeit.

Wie früh sollten wir anfragen?

12 bis 18 Monate vor eurem Termin. Wir nehmen pro Jahr nur eine begrenzte Zahl an Hochzeiten an – und ein Termin gilt erst mit dem Vertrag als vergeben, nicht mit einer mündlichen Zusage.

Bringt ihr die Technik selbst mit?

Ja. Wir arbeiten mit eigenem, hochwertigem Equipment und machen vor eurer Zeremonie einen sorgfältigen Soundcheck. So klingt jedes Wort klar und jeder Song genau so, wie er soll – ganz gleich, ob draußen auf der Alm oder in der Kirche.

Können auch Familie oder Freunde in der Zeremonie mitwirken?

Sehr gerne. Wenn jemand eine Rede halten, ein Gedicht vortragen oder ein Lied beitragen möchte, binden wir das harmonisch in den Ablauf ein und stellen unsere Technik selbstverständlich zur Verfügung.

Was ist, wenn euch am Hochzeitstag etwas dazwischenkommt?

Euer Tag ist abgesichert. Sollte uns wider Erwarten einmal etwas verhindern, organisieren wir qualifizierten Ersatz, damit eure Trauung wie geplant stattfindet. Verlassen könnt ihr euch außerdem auf einen klaren Vertrag von Anfang an.

The most beautiful weddings happen when everything fits together perfectly. That's why you get speeches, music, and hosting from the same two people – no coordinating between multiple service providers, no disruption in the flow.

One point of contact instead of many loose ends, a guiding thread through the whole day – and you can concentrate on the essentials: yourselves and your guests. We are there for you full-time, not as a side-line (item 27), and if, contrary to expectations, something should crop up, we will provide a qualified replacement. Your day is insured.

Independent wedding ceremonies & wedding speeches

For the wedding consultation, we'll come to your home. Martin listens before he writes, and turns it into a speech that is truly one of a kind – no template, no one-size-fits-all. If you wish, even difficult subjects or people who can no longer be present will find their dignified place. This way, your 'I do' will be more than just a ceremonial element: it will be a promise with the same depth as the love that connects you.

Live music for goosebump moments

Sabrina and Martin sing and play live – from the wedding ceremony through the drinks reception to the end of the evening. We rehearse every song for the exact moment it's intended to have an impact; we also arrange new tracks and favourite songs for you. We record your first dance in advance and send you the recording so you can rehearse with your dance instructor to our live version.

Wedding moderation & accompaniment

Martin will guide you and your guests through the day – with a sense of atmosphere, timing and proceedings. He will be on-site at least an hour before your guests arrive for setup, soundcheck and final arrangements, coordinating with the photographer, best man and other service providers, and keeping an eye on every detail – right down to the wardrobe, which we'll match to your colour scheme. Your guests will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home, ensuring your day starts relaxed and on time.

How does a independent wedding ceremony work with you?

Following your request, we will visit you at your home for the wedding interview. Martin will write the speech based on your stories, we will coordinate the music, and plan the proceedings. On the day itself, we will be on site at least an hour before the guests and will guide you through the ceremony – as formal or relaxed as you wish.

Can we suggest our favourite songs?

Yes. Whether it's a modern pop song or a classical ballad – we'll arrange your requested music and can also learn new titles on request. We'll record your first dance in advance so you can practice to our version.

Will you only be attending the wedding ceremony or the whole day?

Both are possible. Many couples book us from the ceremony, through the drinks reception, to dinner and the celebration – this way, the mood doesn't drop after the ceremony. You decide which elements you'd like.

How much does it cost, and how do I pay?

Every package is tailor-made and depends on the elements you choose and the occasion – you only pay for what you actually need. The cost is spread out over two predictable stages: a booking deposit of 40 % when you book, with the balance due a few weeks before the wedding.
